Search for 'timely app' and you'll get two results: us, and timelyapp.com. They are completely different products from different companies. This page clears it up, and tells you plainly what our Timely does and doesn't do.

What our Timely actually does
- Clock in / clock out — one tap to start and stop a shift, with unlimited shifts
- Hours and earnings — set your hourly rate and watch gross pay update live
- Shift history — notes, tags, manual edits, and offline tracking that syncs later
- Breaks, scheduling, widgets, Siri, and auto clock-in — all part of the Elite subscription
- Deeper analytics — earnings trends, goals, expenses, and Paycheck Match with Elite
What it doesn't do
- No mileage tracking, no tip-out calculator, and no invoicing
- No separate job or client profiles — one rate profile, plus tags per shift
- No automatic overtime multipliers, and tax is a flat rate you enter, not real brackets
- No Android app and no Apple Watch app

- Timely is built by Tigran Matikozyan, an indie developer.
- People working hourly jobs deserve a real tool, not a $20/month enterprise platform.
- The core tracker is free; the optional Elite subscription funds development.

No. We are a separate, independent product. timelyapp.com is a desktop time tracking platform for agencies; we make an iPhone shift tracker for hourly workers.
Why is your name also Timely?
Two products, two domains, two audiences. We registered timelyapp.net for mobile shift tracking.
Which one do I want?
If you're an hourly worker, gig worker, freelancer, or anyone tracking your own shifts on an iPhone — you want us. If you're an agency tracking team time on desktop, you want timelyapp.com.
Is Timely free?
The core shift tracker is free with no shift cap and no expiry. An optional Elite subscription adds breaks, export, widgets, scheduling, and detailed analytics.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Timely requires an account — email and password, or Sign in with Apple. There is no guest mode.
Can I get Timely on Android or web?
There's no Android app. iPhone is the main app, there's a Mac app that keeps its own separate data, and a web version is in development.
